Recognising organisations that support work-life balance and caregiving across Europe
The CÚRAM Family-Friendly Workplace Network brings together organisations committed to creating supportive, inclusive, and flexible working environments for employees with caregiving responsibilities. Through their participation in the CÚRAM project, these organisations have taken active steps to promote work-life balance, enhance employee wellbeing, and implement practical, family-friendly policies in the workplace. In recognition of their commitment, participating organisations have been awarded the CÚRAM Family-Friendly Workplace Recognition Badge, highlighting their dedication to fostering more inclusive and supportive workplaces. This network celebrates their achievements while also fostering a growing community of employers who are leading positive change across Europe.
